Orders are normally processed within 1 business day of the order received.  Shipping times should be calculated based on the process date.  When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please note this on your order or notify your CoolStuffforDads.com customer service representative so that we can ensure your order reaches you in time. 

 

Also, be sure to select the appropriate shipping option.  Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the shipping date or availability of all products.  We will contact you if there are any concerns on the availability of the item(s) ordered or the timing of your shipment. 

 

When standard shipping is selected, your order will generally arrive in 5-7 business days.  We also offer Next Day and 2nd Day Delivery options listed below.  Please note that with most personalized orders it takes at least 2-3 days to monogram and ship.

We gladly accept back your items within 14 days of receiving your item.  Custom made items, personalized items, and monogrammed items are final sale.

 

To send an item back please:

 

1) Call CoolStuffforDads.com to obtain a RA number

 

2) Send your item back an insured, trackable, method.

 

3) Once we receive your item back we will post a refund to the credit card you originally purchased your items with.

 

4) Items received outside the 14 day period will be issued a store credit.
