This looks like a great book on Cinco de Mayo, which is celebrated on May 5th. It would be a great gift idea for the person interested in this holiday and/or history. From some of the reviews it looks like it covers the historical event which the holiday commemorates, which was a battle between Mexico and France in 1862.
